A Shining Example: Peter Okoth's Story

DDS's commitment to social good is exemplified by our sponsorship of Peter Okoth, a six-year-old boy from a rural village in Siaya, Kenya. Peter's young age hasn't shielded him from hardship – injuries sustained at birth left him with severe leg deformities and vision problems. Despite the challenges, Peter's determination to walk is inspiring. DDS has stepped in to support him on his journey, covering his school fees, crutches, clothing, and ongoing medical care, including crucial therapy and eye surgeries.

DDS is exploring ways to contribute to basic but dignified housing solutions in these same villages. While still in the early stages, we are running test scenarios and building essential networks, such as supply chains, to ensure a sustainable and impactful approach.
